FAQs

Do you take insurance?

We are currently in network with Husky Insurance and UHC/Optum.

We do offer OON services. To learn more about your out of network benefits you can contact your insurance provider and ask what the reimbursement rate is for an outpatient service code; 90837. We can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement.

What is a Super bill?

A superbill is a receipt of payment that is provided to you to provide to your insurance carrier. Most insurance plans can cover up to %80-100 reimbursement. The superbill has all the information needed for insurances to accept for approval- date of the session, billing code, service location and your information.

How many session will I have?

Because we provide specialized treatment, meaning we customize therapy for your specific needs, the number of sessions will vary from person to person. Some clients end therapy after 8-12 sessions and some enjoy having the long standing support.

How often can I schedule a session?

Most clients that we see schedule a session 1x a week for 50 minutes. The benefit of having a customized therapy plan is having the ability to modify the number of sessions a week depending on the level of support you need. We’ve had clients meet 2x a week for a short period of time for extra support and return to scheduling 1 time a week once that level of support is not needed.

Are Sessions in Person?

Yes! We are currently providing hybrid sessions, meaning we can meet in person or virtual. In person office days are offered by a set schedule- meaning therapists have specific days they only schedule in person appointments. You can inquire about this during your free consultation call.

Do you provide Support Groups?

Yes, we are currently providing a Parent Toddler Group starting 9/25 @10 AM for 6 weeks. This group is for parents of toddlers that are having a difficult time managing toddler behaviors.

You can contact us for registration and more information! Please specify in the contact form, ‘parent group’.

Will you give me a diagnosis?

Because we are an OON practice, we do not require a diagnosis, however, if you require a superbill for insurance reimbursement we are required to provide you with a diagnosis. This diagnosis will be discussed with you, we are a very transparent practice.
