This is a 6 weeks skills training group for moms that are finding it really hard to stay present and calm during hard times with their littles. We know how hard it is to raise small children especially when we are dealing with anxious and overwhelming thoughts. This group is for you if you are ready to learn tangible strategies to manage your anxiety and overwhelm to be the mom you want to be. The group is taught from an ACT perspective- a therapy model that has been researched to relieve symptoms of anxiety and overwhelm in adults. Group space is limited, RSVP here.
